Style 1 Drylon
Description: A SUPER FLUOROCARBON INTERBRAIDED PACKING without additives of any kind. This packing is virtually a premium packing because of its very low co-efficient of friction and it ensures immediate response to pressure changes. This packing is developed for pumps and valves handling highly corrosive liquids, where soft resilient packings are desired.
Services: This packing is strongly recommended for Oxygen service, centrifugal shafts, mixers and agitators. A special packing for ammonia charge pumps, carbomate recycle pumps etc. involving high pressure application, acids and alkalies of any concentration. Not recommended to use on molten alkail metals.

Style 2 Neoflon
Description: A special tough 100% Pure PTFE Packing Impregnated with special ultra chemical inert suspensoid. The packing is diagonally braided. Our special impregnation process increases compressibility and recovery factors. This packing responds readily to pressure changes and forms a long lasting gland seal having very low coefficient of friction.
Services: A good packing for control valves even under high pressure conditions, reciprocating rods, pumps handling corrosive gases, solvents, acids, hydrocarbons, ammonia, food -stuffs and pharmaceutical industries.
Not recommended to use on molten alkali metals such as Sodium, Potassium and gaseous fluorine as these can attack at high temperatures and pressures.

Style 3 Ultraflon
Description: A special all Chemical Packing manufactured from Pure PTFE Fibres having DUPLEX BRAID construction to increase dimensional stability treated with inert high temperature resisting lubricant to resist migration and to display compressibility and recovery characteristics. The packing is safe, more flexible, and non-toxic. Fluids can be sealed with a minimum of gland pressure, consequently there is less friction as well as heat build up. It is an inert, virtually indestructible packing, having a lower co-efficient of friction with good compressive strength.
Services: A good packing to seal against concentrated acids, alkali solutions, oils, corrosive gases, food -stuff and pharmaceutical industries. This packing is not recommended to use on molten metals and gaseous fluorine.

Style 23 Flurocarb
Description: A Duplex Plaited Packing of exceptionally strong fluoropolymer blended with super grade graphite particles to enhance lubricity and heat dissipation and low thermal expansion.
Services: This packing is particularly suitable for high shaft speeds. The packing is recommended for valve stems centrifugal and reciprocating applications, slurry pumps. A fairly good packing for high pressure applications against caustics, acids, chemicals, liquors, pulp with the exception of strong oxidising agents.

Style 25 Insitlon
Description: AN IDEAL PACKING FOR SCORED
SHAFT / SLEEVES
The ingredients are formulated and blended to provide a packing with superior anti-friction and non-scoring characteristics. The packing though not braided yet stable, strong, mouldable, smooth, flexible, and malleable. All the ingredients of the packing is a lubricant. The packing is incorporated with heat transfer properties.
Application: This packing is a supplement to worn out braided packing or to use as a combination with braided packing.
This packing because of its mouldable properties adopt to any shape or configuration in the stuffing box and compensate for wear by moulding itself to the required shape and can salvage the worn out conventional packing.
This packing eliminates the need for maintaining inventory of various sizes since it can caulk into any size of stuffing box even with excessive tolerances due to its exceptional malleability.
Services: The packing is recommended for oil, water, solvents, steam paper mill stock, acids and alkalies, abrasive, centrifugal or reciprocating pumps, mixers, agitators, valves, expansion joints with the exception of strong oxidizing agents, fluorine and fuming nitric acid.
For higher pressures if greater clearances are encountered back up rings of braided packings are recommended.

Style 36 Graflon
Description: Universal super performance packing DUPLEX Plaited form of sophisticated special Fluoropolymer fibre intimately bonded with graphite which will improve thermal conductivity and lubricity while retaining the quality of extremely low friction. The presence of graphite acts as a heat generated at the pump shaft or value spindle. Thus the resiliency and compressibility of the packing last long. This packing does not harden and runs cool. It has a low co-efficient of thermal expansion.
This packing is recommended for oils and solvents, caustics, acids, dyes, chemicals, white and black liquor, wood pulp, detergent with the exception of strong oxidising agents, aqua regia, fluorine and fuming nitric acid.

Description: An Interbraid multiservice carbon filament packing for pumps and valves. It is a special packing with low friction characteristics adapted easily and quickly into the equipment and requires only occasional gland adjustments.
Services: Its heat sinking ability makes this packing an ideal seal in high speed rotary equipment, sealing against boiler feed water, steam, oils, aromatic aliphatic solvents, acids and alkalies except fluorine, oleum, fuming nitric acid and aqua regia.

Style 66 Grafosuper
Description: A premium service high temperature 100% Graphite Packing manufactured by the interbraid method. It is treated with special blocking agent to prevent seepage through the packing. It eliminates most of the shaft wear because graphite fibres are comparatively frictionless and immune to chemical hardening. The inherent lubricating value, low-coefficient of expansion, high heat conductivity, high temperature resistance are the characteristics of the packing resulting in extended packing life, lower maintenance cost, less down-time, lower leakage rates, and less shaft wear.
Services: A premium service packing for acids, alkalies, oils, solvents, steam, fuel oil, hot tar pumps, refinery services, mixers and agitators. Not recommended to use against oxygen, fuming nitric acid and other strong oxidising agents.

Description: SPITMAAN INTRODUCES A new non-asbestos non metallic versatile braided packing made from "Expanded Pure Flexible Graphite Material". This packing is specially developed to meet with various sealing problems. It is an ideal sealing material to solve the problems of corrosion having excellent thermal conductivity. It has good impermeability for gases & liquids. Best suited for valves handling high pressure super heated steam application , pumps, compressors most organic and inorganic acids except a few strong oxidizing medium such as aqua regia, nitric acid, oleum and some halogen in special concentration. It is recommended for use against acid,alkali, salt solution, organic solvents, oil, hydrocarbons. This expanded graphite packing is one of the most flexible, resilient, soft, light in weight and it has plasticity and settles in gland to form an efficient seal. It has high sealing efficiency at high and low temperature.

Style 80
Description: Introducing a flexible and high strength braided Packing made out of an innovative expanded pure Graphite with inconel wire reinforcement. It contains no oil or binders. The purity of graphite is above 99.5%.
This packing is incorporated with sacrificial metal Corrosion inhibitor to prevent galvanic corrosion of the spindle/shaft. The packing is very resilient and responds to minimum gland pressure. This packing is having excellent resistance to thermal shock and high thermal conductivity which extends the serviceability of packing significantly.
The packing is self lubricating having low co-efficient of friction, non abrasive hence rules out shaft scoring. it is a unique and universal sealing material.
A special grade of this packing is also available for Nuclear Application.

Style 127 Novlon
Description: A new generation thermoset environment friendly DUPLEX BRAIDED packing. It not cause severe shaft scoring like many other synthetic fiber packings. This is non-contaminating, non-hazardous packing. Due to low co-efficient of friction heat generated is less, resulting in very less wear on shafts/sleeves. The packing is immunized with inert and break-in sacrificial lubricants prolongs packing life. It lacks the stiffness of conventional synthetic packing and retains to a great extent its tensile strength in running temperature. The packing is free from electrolytic pitting, elongation and extrusion problems. The packing is very kind to shaft/sleeves and will not leach colours. It is mouldable and conforms to stuffing box configurations a breakthrough in the selection of packings for most difficult application including abrasive conditions.

Description: This packing manufactured from a unique grade of ceramic fibre undergoes a special process to obtain high purity composition required for superior thermal insulation properties. The packing is reinforced with Inconel wire which increases mechanical strength and resistance to compression.
Service: Packings are resistant to oil, greases, steam and most of the chemicals. It is not suited to certain strong alkalies and solutions. It resists molten metal.

Style 169 Ramieflex
Description: Present day gland packing manufacturing activities are concentrated on synthetic yarn sealing material. there are other natural fibers still play a versatile role with their unique properties. Prominent among them is Ramie an extremely strong top quality fiber of plant kingdom. To manufacture gland packings these fibers are uniquely impreganated with PTFE dispersion by a proprietary process and further treated with inert lubricant.
Service: The packing is Duplex Braided which maintains uniform density and compressibility. This natural fiber has very great strength than other vegetable fibers. The rot resistance is excellent. This pacing is having high resilience, flexibility, resistance to extrusion and abrasion, low wear character. Heat build up is negligible due to low friction properties.

Description: This packing present a new concept where soft packing are required for rotary pumps & valves. The packing is made from special grade of paramid fibers. The fiber does not suffer from thermal expansion. This packing is impregnated with inert polymers and high temperature resisting lubricating has a low co-efficient of friction and considerably disperses the heat generated by the peripheral speed.

Description: This is a super combination Cross Braided Packing specially designed with lubricated pure PTFE on the faces and special yellow synthetic fibre filaments on the corners. Due to its multifibre dense and homogeneous construction the packing is most suited to all fluids including corrosive chemicals, even under extremely high pressure conditions. The packing has exceptionally good dimensional stability, creep resistance and non-toxic. The packing will not provide extraneous stresses on plungers which damage both packing and plunger under high pressure conditions.

Style 174 Duragold
Description: ANTI ABRASIVE PACKING Duplex Plaited Non-Asbestos Synthetic Fibre product which is as strong as steel, as smooth as silk, most flexible and treated with high temperature resisting lubricants, under controlled conditions. Well suited for pumping granular and viscous fluids even under high pressure conditions.
This packing has a high degree of resiliency and consistency of volume and hence avoids frequent gland adjustments. Low thermal expansion characteristics under actual operating conditions reduce mechanical pressure against shaft sleeves to minimise abrasion effect.
Service: This packing is recommended for solvents, mild acids and alkalies, fuel oil, digester pumps, food, pharmaceuticals, petro-chemicals, pulp and paper industries. A good packing for high pressure dozing pump and high pressure water injection system. Description: A premium STERN TUBE DUPLEX Braided packing manufactured from tough vegetable fibre for heavy duty Hydraulic and Marine application including rudder posts. This packing is incorporated with special lubricants to promote non-flowing lubricity, compressibility, flexibility and to minimise shaft wear. The volume loss, friction and heat build up is kept to the minimum. There will be no wash out of lubricants as experienced with conventional packings. The special lubricant forms a protective shield around the basic fibre preventing fluid penetration and fibre break down.
